FAQ & Hat Sizing
How to Find Your Size?
Measurements are made from the inside circumference of the hat's crown (bottom of hat), also known as the sweatband, and most often measured in centimeters (.393in).
Dope Hats Uses the Following Sizes:
- Small - Medium (55cm to 59cm)
- Large (59cm to 63cm)
- Small - 55cm-56cm
- Medium - 57cm-58cm
- Large - 59cm-60cm
- X Large - 61-62cm
1. Use textile measuring tape to measure the distance around your head crossing through the center part of the back of your head and the forehead just above the eyebrow. Be sure the tape is level with the floor.
2. Check the measurement of the tape wrapped around your head and record the measurement in centimeters (cm). We recommend sizing up if you land between two sizes.
- If you do not have access to measuring tape, then a piece of string and a ruler/tape measure can be used
- Follow the same process as you would with measuring tape, mark the length on the string, and then measure using your measuring device
- All brims include an adjustable headband, so each hat can be adjusted to the correct size
How Are Your Hats Shipped?
Shipping duration is divided into two parts:
A. Processing time: All orders typically require 12-48 hours to be picked by our warehouse associates, properly packed, and have their shipping labels created.
- Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Saturday will not ship until Monday due to USPS not operating on Sundays.
B. Shipping time: Shipping times average 3-5 days following the processing time, but this is subject to the postal providers service (USPS). Our hats are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
C. All hats are shipped in an innovative inflated bubble-style package to ensure your brims are not bent during transit, which is something our competitors don't offer due to the additional time it takes to package, as well as the additional costs - see below for an example.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, a tracking number will be automatically generated and sent via text or email following the completion of the order processing.
Where do your hats ship from?
All hats ship from our warehouse located in Dallas, Texas and have an average delivery time of 4-7 days.
Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?
In order to properly ship our hats in a way that will minimize any potential damage during transit the hats are shipped in large, inflated packaging. If you ordered more than two hats, you will more than likely receive your hats as separate parcels, which greatly reduces any damage associated with stacking hats on top of one another during shipment.
Does Dope Hats Offer Their Fedoras at Wholesale Pricing?
The short answer - yes, we do.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale purchases is 30 hats. To determine the pricing for wholesale purchases please email us using our contact information or message us on Instagram @dope_hats_store and we will be happy to help.
Please provide us with the total number of hats you would like to purchase, as well as the city and state where the shipment will be delivered, so we can draft an order estimate. Please allow several business days for all wholesale quotes to be drafted.
Once a wholesale quote has been agreed upon and paid, your hats will be tailored, checked for quality, and then delivered via USPS First Class Mail. Wholesale orders typically are delivered 10-15 business days upon being paid.
