How long will it take to receive my hat?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 5PM will take 2 business days to ship.
The average delivery time for our free shipping option is 3-4 business days. Priority shipping is estimated at 2 business days following the previously mentioned processing time. These times are not guaranteed.

What if I need to return my hat?
All hats are eligible for returns and refunds, however, the customer is responsible for return postage as the original shipment was free of charge.
Hats must be unworn and properply shipped back. Hats that are returned damaged cannot be refunded. For more information please view our Refund Policy located in the footer at the bottom of the page.
