Refund policy
Returns
Hats can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return your hat must not have been worn. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
To complete your return please include your proof of purchase with your returned hat. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@dopeheadwear.com and we will be happy to help!
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.Â
If your hat is not damaged, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Shipping
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the associated return shipping fees.
