All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, TX.
How long will it take to receive my hat?
Shipping duration is divided into two parts:
A. Processing time: All orders typically require 2-36 hours to be picked by our warehouse associates, properly packed, and have their shipping labels created.
- Please note our warehouse closes at 5:00 PM CST, so orders placed later than 5 PM will not ship out the following morning.
- Also, orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Saturday will not ship until Monday due to USPS not operating on Sundays. If Monday is a federal holiday, then the order will ship on Tuesday in this scenario.
B. Shipping time: Shipping times average 2-4 business days following the processing time, but this is subject to the postal providers service (USPS or UPS).

Bought this hat on a Monday and got it by Thursday! Talk about service! I made a mistake and did not add my email address when placing my order. I sent a message and got a fast response along with my tracking beets! When the hat arrived I was sooooo satisfied! The quality looks expensive and the prices are so affordable! Very nice hat and speedy delivery.
I'm sure it was a nice hat but I didn't get to open it to see . I ended up returning it Being my hat was too late getting to me for the event I needed it for . I gave a grace period for the 3-4 business days knowing i had a holiday coming that monday but I didn't get it until day 8. And I was told maybe it depends on where you live. IF you lived in the south it was 3-4 days . So I live in south carolina and it took 8 days to get it and that was business days . I wish I would've know that because I REALLY wanted that had. But lesson learned . I ordered on 2/18 and didn't get it until yesterday 😡😡
