      All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, TX.

      How long will it take to receive my hat?

      Shipping duration is divided into two parts:

      A. Processing time: All orders typically require 2-36 hours to be picked by our warehouse associates, properly packed, and have their shipping labels created.

      • Please note our warehouse closes at 5:00 PM CST, so orders placed later than 5 PM will not ship out the following morning.
      • Also, orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Saturday will not ship until Monday due to USPS not operating on Sundays. If Monday is a federal holiday, then the order will ship on Tuesday in this scenario.

      B. Shipping time: Shipping times average 2-4 business days following the processing time, but this is subject to the postal providers service (USPS or UPS).

      **Total disappointment. I ordered two hats, and instead of receiving two hat boxes, one hat was simply stuffed inside the other. Because it didn't have its own hat protector, the top was completely smashed. Very poor packaging.**

Also, you said you don't seen an option to contact us, but you sent us an email, which we responded to, and listed how to return your hat for a full refund.
