    Where will my order ship from?

    All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, TX.

    How long will it take to receive my hat?

    Shipping duration is divided into two parts:

    A. Processing time: All orders typically require 2-36 hours to be picked by our warehouse associates, properly packed, and have their shipping labels created.

    • Please note our warehouse closes at 5:00 PM CST, so orders placed later than 5 PM will not ship out the following morning.
    • Also, orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Saturday will not ship until Monday due to USPS not operating on Sundays. If Monday is a federal holiday, then the order will ship on Tuesday in this scenario.

    B. Shipping time: Shipping times average 2-4 business days following the processing time, but this is subject to the postal providers service (USPS or UPS).

    The perfect hat warm weather. Nicely designed hat, the wide brim provides great protection on those really sunny days. I was pleased the hat is exactly as described both in looks and function. And, you can't beat the price for the quality you're getting.
